Through its community outreach division, Lovefundamental Community Initiative, the organization creates innovative programs that empower youth, support older adults, and foster connections that inspire lifelong learning, service, and hope.

Joan Fields
Founder & Principal, Lovefundamental, LLC
Joan Fields is the founder and principal of Lovefundamental, LLC and its community outreach division, Lovefundamental Community Initiative. An experienced educator with more than a decade of service, her academic and leadership background uniquely bridges education, aging services, and organizational development.
Her work is dedicated to promoting healthy aging, developing youth leaders, and creating innovative intergenerational programs that bring people together through education, mentorship, wellness, and community engagement. Through Lovefundamental, she seeks to build a lasting legacy of compassion, leadership, and hope that strengthens individuals, families, and communities across Texas.
